5. Agency

5.1 We act as a booking agent for independent service providers. These terms form a contract between you and Astar Cleaner for the use of our website and a separate agreement between you and the service provider regarding the supply of services.
5.2 Any legal recourse regarding service delivery is against the service provider, not us, even though we may assist in resolving complaints.
5.3 We do not accept liability for acts or omissions of service providers.
5.4 While we check service providers to ensure quality, we cannot guarantee their suitability or the accuracy of third-party information. You use service providers at your own risk.

6. Liability

6.1 We acknowledge the inherent risks in cleaning services, and though we do our best to prevent loss or damage, in case it occurs, our liability is limited to 15 times the cleaning cost or £500, whichever is lesser.
6.2 You are responsible for removing collar stiffeners, cuff links, and emptying pockets.
6.3 You must ensure items for service washes can be washed and tumble dried.
6.4 Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Any damage claims will only be processed after an opportunity for our team to inspect and address the damage.
6.5 Your items will be held for a maximum of 3 months; after this period, they will be donated to charity.

7. Complaints

7.1 Any complaints should be directed to us, not the driver.

8. Transfer

8.1 We may transfer our rights or duties under this agreement, ensuring your rights are not compromised. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.

10. Referral Program

10.1 Eligibility: The program is open to registered Astar Cleaner users over 18 who have made at least one order.
10.2 To participate, share your unique referral code with friends or family (aged 18 or older). For each successful referral, you will receive Astar Cleaner credits, as outlined in the promotional materials.
10.3 Credits must be redeemed within six months and are non-transferable.
10.4 This program is not for commercial use, and any fraudulent activities may lead to account closure.
10.5 The program is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

11. Card Payments and Fraud

11.1 Payment must be received before we deliver any service.
11.2 If payment is not received due to card failure, we reserve the right to delay delivery.
11.3 If fraudulent payment is suspected, we may treat payment as not received and request an alternative payment method.
