WHAT DOES THE CURTAIN CLEANING SERVICE INVOLVE?
Once you place your order for curtain cleaning, we’ll come directly to your doorstep to collect your curtains and take them to our local specialist dry cleaners, where they’ll be cleaned according to the care label. Each curtain is carefully inspected for stains and damage, and any accessories are removed before cleaning.
If stubborn stains are found, they’ll be delicately pre-treated before undergoing dry cleaning and pressing. An inspection is conducted to ensure the curtains are completely clean, wrinkle-free, and ready for delivery or pick-up. Finally, the curtains are securely packaged to protect them during transport and storage, and delivered back to your doorstep at no extra charge.
Note: Please ensure your curtains are taken down before our drivers arrive, so they can be handed directly to us at your doorstep.

Yes, you will need to take your curtains down. Our friendly driver will wait at your door to collect the laundry bag containing your curtains.

Do you offer curtain alterations?
Yes, our professional tailor is able to shorten your curtains. This service might require additional time.
