Laundry Services Pricing
We provide two premium laundry services to cater to your needs: Service Wash and Wash & Press.
Our Service Wash is a customer favourite, offering a convenient machine wash, tumble dry, and neatly folded return—ideal for everyday laundry.
With our Wash & Press service, garments are machine washed, expertly ironed, and returned to you on hangers for a crisp, ready-to-wear finish. Larger items such as blankets, tablecloths, and curtains are carefully folded before being returned.

Astar Cleaner provides two expert laundry options: Service Wash and Wash & Press, both designed to suit your needs and keep your clothes in top condition.
WASH AND PRESS LAUNDRY SERVICE
All items are machine washed, ironed, and returned to you on hangers, with the exception of blankets, tablecloths, and curtains, which will be carefully folded.
Our Wash & Press service is available for a range of items, including shirts, blouses, pillowcases, bed sheets, duvets, jeans, and pajamas.
Each item sent for Wash & Press will be invoiced separately.
SERVICE WASH FOR LAUNDRY
Our Service Wash is one of our most popular laundry options, offering a thorough machine wash, tumble dry, and fold. It’s perfect for large loads like your regular weekly laundry.
We kindly ask customers to check all pockets before handing over items and to separate whites from colours to avoid any damage during the wash.
Please note that we do not offer air drying for items. Customers should ensure that all items for the Service Wash can be machine washed and tumble dried.
Items are weighed upon collection, and invoiced based on their total weight.
DUVET AND BED LINEN
Love the fresh scent of clean bed linen? So do we! At Astar Cleaner, duvets and bed linen are some of our most requested laundry items.
We offer a convenient bed set laundry service for single, double, and king-size beds. Our single bed set service includes a bed sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcase, while the double and king set services include a bed sheet, duvet cover, and two pillowcases.
Each item in this service is thoroughly washed, pressed, and returned neatly packaged in an Astar Cleaner bag for your convenience.

Frequently asked questions
What does a service wash consist of?
Any item given for service wash will be washed at 30°C/40°C, tumble dried on low heat and neatly folded (if you want any of your items to be pressed, please keep them separated from the items for service wash, as they will be individually invoiced).
Can you clean any kind of stains?
We clean all stains, however, this does not guarantee full removal of the stain. To give us the best opportunity of removing stains, please inform us what originally caused it, as the stain removal product may vary in accordance with this additional information.
Can you clean any kind of items?
We certainly try to clean any items. Please note, some items including leather, velvet, suede and fur require a specialist clean, which may take up to two weeks and may cost more.
Can I trust you with my clothes?
Absolutely, we will ensure any and all of your requirements are adhered to. We are also guided by the manufacturer’s care label on all garments, which confirms the best practice to use during the cleaning process. If a care label is missing, you can trust our cleaners with years of experience to treat your items safely.
Are you insured against damage?
Yes, Astar Cleaner provides insurance coverage for up to 15 times the cost of cleaning your item, ensuring you have complete peace of mind when using our service.
Where are the items cleaned?
Your items will be taken to the Cleaning Centre closest to your area.
How soon can you collect and delivery my laundry?
We can come to your doorstep in as little as one hour’s notice to collect your laundry. Our on demand express service means we can professionally clean and return your items in 24 hours or less, exactly when you need it. If certain items require more time due to the nature of their material, fabrics, or pleating, we’ll be sure to be in touch as soon as possible to let you know.
